Offbeat is a rapper from the UK who performs (mainly) comedy lyrics over (mainly) Swing-inspired beats. Since 2014 he has released 4 solo EP’s, a full length album, numerous singles and collaborated with some of the biggest names in the Electro Swing scene including Odd Chap, Wolfgang Lohr and Balduin. In 2017 he formed the now disbanded group The Swinghoppers and in their short but remarkable tenure released 2 EP’s, a collaboration with Steampunk/Chap Hop extraordinaire Professor Elemental, played major festivals WOMAD, Isle of Wight, and Boomtown Fair and released the single ‘Party Like It’s 1920’ which currently has over 2m streams on Spotify and 3m on YouTube. After a brief hiatus, Offbeat announced his comeback in 2022 and has returned with full vigour and string of new tracks, starting with Mr Hustle.
