Clay and Friends offre un mélange percutant de hip-hop, soul et de funk soutenu d’une prose à l'image de ce que l’on surnomme désormais : La Musica Popular De Verdun. Réputé pour ses concerts survoltés, Clay and Friends a fait vibrer, depuis 2014, plus de 1800 foules canadiennes et européennes sous l’égide du #KeEpItMoViN’ avec la parution des projets La Musica Popular De Verdun (2019) (et son succès Going up the Coast), suivi de Grouillades (2020), du single Cheese (2020), l'EP AGUÀ (2021) et de l'album AGUÀ EXTEND'EAU (2022). ----- Hailing from Montreal, Quebec, Clay and Friends offers a powerful blend of hip-hop, soul and funk. With a distinctive style all their own they’ve created what is now known as: La Musica Popular De Verdun. Renowned for his wild concerts and musical improvisation, the band presents an organic jams amplified by beatbox and samplings. Since 2015, Clay and Friends has thrilled more than 1,800 Canadian and European crowds under the modus operandi #KeEpItMoViN'. Their recent EP La Musica Popular De Verdun has more than 20 million plays since its release in 2019.
