May Island is an alternative rock band from New Delhi, India. Formed in 2014, the band has released two EPs till date: “Eleonora” (2015), and “To Mend a Broken Mind” (2017). Rolling Stone India describes May Island’s music as “emotionally and melodically intense, without necessarily being all-out metal”. The band has been on a steady rise in the Delhi music circuit, delivering power-packed performances across major music venues. In 2017, the May Island made its first festival appearance at the Bacardi NH7 Weekender in Pune (India), opening for metal heavyweights like The Dillinger Escape Plan (USA) and Textures (Netherlands).
