Nalu is an artist - a singer, song-writer and producer from Cape Town. Nalu’s sound encompasses a collection of genres and influences. With the use of elements from jazz, R’nB, soul, acoustic, classical, alternative and lofi sounds, she explores themes of womanhood, love, spirituality, growth and desire. Her work has led her to features and collaborations with Red Bull Studios, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Coca-Cola, Nivea International and Sportscene, to name a few. At the heart of it all, Nalu wishes to tell stories. An artist truly in tune with the rhythm of who she is - ever-evolving. Her smooth, fluid sounds tug at your heartstrings whilst making you chuckle at the intricacies of love and how one moves through the waves of life. Inspired by many powerful women, Nalu follows suit in her music by using it to express and liberate others and, most importantly, herself.
