Thriving on creating bold, genre defiant music with the sole purpose of converting negativity and mental struggles into something positive for both himself and his listeners, Rex Arcum is a fully independent Rap Rock artist from Cork, Ireland. With the release of his debut album Origins in 2022, Rex Arcum started to turn heads and bring together fans of rap/hip-hop and rock/metal throughout Ireland, the U.K. and beyond. At the core of his sound, Rex Arcum pulls inspiration from modern rock/metal acts like Biffy Clyro and Bring Me The Horizon and blends in a style of hip-hop typically heard from artists like Logic and Tyler, The Creator. This eclectic fusion of influences, along with Rex's sheer passion for creating captivating records delivers a truly unique blend of Rap Rock that's full of unbridled emotion. Kicking off 2023 with a bang, Rex Arcum teamed up with fellow Cork based artist Syano to host a sold-out headline show alongside the release of LOTTO BOY which was featured on RTE, Nialler 9 and misfits 2.0. This lead to the release of their collaborative EP COMPOUND which has solidifed Rex Arcum as a creative force to be reckoned with in the studio and on stage.
