Joe Hess known as Montana is above all a songwriter who has always favored love. Love is life ! And his music, his words help him to share his feelings. Positivity, poetry, joy, happiness ... he calls himself in French Fournisseur De Bonne Humeur F.D.B.H. To be an artist ... is to share one's emotions, to give joy, to tell one's story but also the stories of others. We are all artists because there will always be a person touched by one of the stories of our lives, whether this story is happy or unhappy, he chose the words and the music ... it is a means like another to convey his stories. He has been writing since he was little, he loves especially the language of Molière because it is his mother tongue, she is rich and he likes to manipulate the verb without any moderation. 

His collaborations have no boundaries, but his affinities with some artists remain faithful. Artists who inspire by their talent and simplicity. 

 But Joe Hess does not forget his first beats on his Casio Rapmaster, Emmanuel de Neuville, Andres Miura, Jean-Denis Tondeur aka Jide, Dakose, the B-sides of his longtime friend DJ DU-TAM.
