Eilíf sjálfsfróun (e. Eternal Masturbation) started out as an old-school punk band in the small town of Mosfellsbær in early 2019. Consisting of only a bassist, a drummer and a singer, their musical soundscape was uniquely raw. Recently, the band has developed a more diverse soundscape by incorporating synthesizers and other instruments. All of this and a lively stage presence then blends to form an entertaining, yet provocative display that at its core is still good old-fashioned punk.
