 Formed just prior to the break up there first band Sylvania, Zachk Cain, and Kyle Prendergast began Catatoneya as a means of expressing ideas that weren't being expressed in their main project. Shortly after the formation of Catatoneya the members of Sylvania decided to go their separate ways, and at this time the band enlisted Nathan Orr from the broken piece of what was Sylvania. From then on, the line up was was set, and the band set out with their goal of spreading their music to the world...
