Samantha Ray is a music-maker based out of Raleigh, NC. In her own brand of quirky, spirit-driven pop, Ray processes the world through words and sounds and believes music is one of the most powerful medicines. She loves putting sonic scenes around those moments in life that are electric and intangible -- quickly passing landscapes, the sacred amongst the grit, the tension in relationships, and the meeting point between heaven and earth. Romantic is the first single from Ray's forthcoming album MATRIARCH (2023), a song for those who have had to learn the bravery and strength of choosing to see the good in and around them.
