Mixing head-notting beats, grand-pianos, lush synthesizers and strong melancholic melodies, Slowes’ sound is going towards acts like Fleetwood Mac, Bruce Springsteen, Roxy Music and The War On Drugs. The duo, who consists of drummer Anders Hamann and songwriter Jack Kilburn. Slowes is a two-piece band from Copenhagen, Denmark. They’ve marked their name online with their singles and debut-EP which has given them over half a million streams on Spotify, airplay on BBC Radio 1 and Radio 6 + loads of features from blogs all over the world.
