Hammond is a slide guitarist, singer-songwriter channeling the dark and gritty vibe of the swamp into her personal take on the Blues. She takes her influence from the early Delta Bluesmen of the 1930s including Skip James, Robert Johnson, Son House, Charlie Patton and Leadbelly.
