RATTHEW is a DIY, dada-punk band from Oslo, Norway. After debuting in early 2023, they have swiftly made their presence known within Norway’s alternative underground scene. Drawing inspiration from Dadaism, camp aesthetics, and queer club culture, they deliver a uniquely anarchic blend that defies conventional boundaries. Featuring fast drum breaks, raw and noisy instruments, and playful riot-grrrl vocals that pay homage to the rebellious spirit of punk's heyday. Their avant-garde yet down-to-earth approach injects a refreshing and unexpected twist into the punk genre. RATTHEW’s sound is a testament to their refusal to conform, resulting in something delightfully distinct and refreshingly different. ;)
