After a the couple of years deep personal and professional exploration, Jessica Jarrell is back to writing and producing with close friend, Tom Higgenson (Plain White T's) and his Humans Were Here label. The result is a body of work co-written by a grown-up Jessica Jarrell – a woman who knows who she is and what she’s worth. Most importantly, she is a woman who has found her sound. Beautiful and gifted, Jessica Jarrell has come a long way since her duet, "Overboard" with Justin Bieber and opening on his My World 2.0 Tour. Born in Diamond Bar, California, Jessica was signed to Def Jam at 13 years old, by producer Toby Gad (known for his work with Beyoncé, John Legend and Fergie). At Def Jam, she released the singles “Almost Love” and “Key to My Heart” (title soundtrack of THE BACKUP PLAN staring Jennifer Lopez) . In 2015 she joined forces with the production team, Red Jacket which includes Higgenson to create the edgy, sexy, “Goldbooded” and the viral and streaming dance hit “Gravity” and the sultry R&B track “Getting Right”. In 2017 Jessica released “Come Closer”, which she co-wrote with Dem Jointz, who also produced the track. In between there have been a number of releases with various co-writers and producers, and some features. The most notable feature being “Hold” with EDM artist /producer, Elephante. Now in late 2019, her hard work, enlightenment and perseverance has paid off and led her to release an electrifying and very personal body of new work.
