I know I shouldn’t let my head always get the best of me, but my imagination might be the best part of me. These words are from my song “Misfits”. Even though I’ve felt like a misfit, and still do at times, I also feel like misfits are superhuman, and what makes us unique is our super power. The above is an example of what I do with my music. I turn feelings into art. I’ve been writing songs since 9. One of my first was "Be Brave". If you look at YouTube, you’ll see I kept my old videos up. I see that little girl with dreams and she’s going for it. Now, over a decade later, I’m still going for it led by the courage of that little girl. Fun fact: I was on Season 14 of America’s Got Talent and performed 3 original songs. I won the Golden Buzzer for “Misfits”! The judges on AGT boosted my confidence as a songwriter and performer. I'll never forget that incredible experience. I’ve won various songwriting competitions. The most exciting so far was when "Anxiety" won the Grand Prize in the 2021 Unsigned Only Music Competition. It was chosen #1 out of 10,000 song entries from around the world! So amazing. I've written over 200 songs. I love being in the studio bringing them to life. I love everything about writing songs, performing live, and playing instruments. I was born drawn to music and will never stop immersing myself in it.
