Héra Ménard is a multi-talented artist: singer, songwriter, musician, producer, director and radio host. But what she is above all is a dreamer; a passionate, intuitive woman who’s a kid at heart. Hera thrives in the present moment. She loves life in all its magic, mystique and cyclical nature. Music is her way to create beauty and infuse it into this world, open to connect with anyone feeling seen or touched by her art. She writes deeply about matters close to her heart. Even though she touches on themes that lead to reflection and introspection, her songs are gentle, bright and hopeful, as well as anchored in reality. In 2022/23, her album Fleurs leads her to get nominated at the 2023 Canadian Folk Music Award in the category French Songwriter of the Year and twice at the GAMIQ in the categories Country Album and Videoclip of the Year - Public’s Choice. Because these songs (Fleurs) hold such a special place in her heart, Héra also wanted to get the original versions out, which are in English. The Quebec singer-songwriter hopes to reach and touch even more people’s hearts with them. The ten songs will be unveiled on two EPs: Wild Flowers - Side A and Wild Flowers - Side B. Both will be released in 2023.
