Биография
Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Viratempo has been on the independent music scene for 7 years and is composed of Vallada (synth/vocals), Danilo Albuquerque (guitar), Hygor Miranda (synth/bass) and Max Leblanc (samples/drums). With sounds between synthpop, dreampop and triphop, the band has never stopped reinventing itself in its professional trajectory. The quartet asserted itself in the independent scene by releasing the album "Cura" in 2018, which featured production/mixing by producer Rodolfo Simor (SILVA, Budah) and mastering by renowned sound engineer Arthur Joly. The single "PRAZER", which announces a new phase of the band, makes a plea to allow ourselves more and literally "embrace the darkness" in difficult times. The instrumental brings a mix of synthpop, funky guitars and lulls us with beats and bass, reminding us of the work of DJ and music producer KAYTRANADA. The track was produced by Janluska (Terno Rei, Tuyo), mixed and mastered by Guigo Berger (Marina Sena, Mateus Carrilho) and got a music video directed by Rollinos, who has worked with Metronomy, Boogarins, Scalene and PLUMA. The work explores the simplicity of colors and effects and exposes for the first time the band members performing, something unheard of in the band's clips. The band is currently producing a new album with Janluska which will be released by Groover Obsessions, an international label.
