    Annie Hardy of Giant Drag burst onto the scene in the early 00’s and made a name for herself with her grunge reminiscent songs of heartbreak and betrayal as well as her between song banter. Her solo efforts find her between genres and mostly improvising songs, or as she puts it “receiving divine faxes from other dimensions”. In addition to being a recording artist she also hosts a podcast called Empath of Least Resistance and a Periscope show called Band Car, Periscope’s #1 Live improvised music show broadcast from a moving vehicle, viewers write in words and she incorporates them into song while making a beat on an iPad or playing keyboard while she drives a car.
