Hailing from California’s Central Coast, Skin & Bones is a musical endeavor of songwriter Taylor Borsuk. In the fall of 2021 he reconnected with producer and multi-instrumentalist Jon Estes (John Paul White/Langhorne Slim/Kacey Musgraves) to cut the upcoming album ‘Drought & the Flood’ in Jon’s Nashville TN studio. The themes of this effort emerged from years on the road traveling and working within California’s wide open spaces. The songs are deeply connected to the deserts, chaparral, mountains, and coastlines of the Golden State. 
 ‘Drought & the Flood’ follows the artist’s debut 2018 record, 'Shadowboxing', produced by Jon Estes and mixed by Andrija Tokic (Alabama Shakes/Margo Price/Hurray For The Riff Raff). The record has had continued success garnering millions of streams and various tracks landing in editorial playlists including Fresh Folk, Infinite Indie Folk, Wild + Free, Swagger, and The Wilds.
