Evolving out of the musical womb in the chaos of lockdown, Pinc Wafer is the brainchild of the massive weirdo David Waters. Taking a look at the world through the lenses of star shaped kaleidoscopic sunglasses, Waters approach to music is one that is brimming with whimsy and genuine fun. With enough cheek to fill another arse, in the most endearing way, the charisma oozes out of each Pinc Wafer track. Whether it is the tongue-in-cheek lyrics and shimmering pop tones of ‘0%’, or the off kilter grooves on the most recent single ‘Fence’, Pinc Wafer have carved their own position within the Glasgow music scene. Having supported the likes of Francis Lung, Eades, The Lounge Society and Voka Gentle across venues in Glasgow. After a sell out gig at McChuills Glasgow they just headlined a sold out King Tut's to celebrate their upcoming second EP, 'A romantic trip to the brain and back'.
