Биография
Alux Nahual is a rock band from Guatemala founded on June 16, 1979. From 1981 to 1990 the band published eight studio albums with the label Discos de Centroamerica (DIDECA), they became successful and famous in the region: Alux Nahual, Conquista, Hermanos de Sentimiento, Centroamerica, Alto Al Fuego (certified gold for sales), La Trampa, Con Tus Manos (EP) and Leyenda (Certified Platinum for sales). Their success led them to sign with Sony Music, a label in which they recorded two more productions: Americamorfosis (Certified Gold) in 1993 and Se Cantan Retratos in 1996. The band became the most successful group in the region, having more than 23 radio hits singles and sold out locations in Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica and the United States. They split out in 1999. Since 2005 the band rejoined to play occasionally but they did not create new material. After many years of planning, Alux Nahual played his greatest hits with a symphony orchestra in 2010, concert that was released on DVD in 2011 under the name of Alux Nahual Sinfonico. In 2012 they presented their first studio album in 16 years: Murcielago Danzante, which was presented. The February 10, 2014, they launched their first radio single in over a decade, “Te Abrazare (alternate version)”, with which they re-entered into the massive radios in the country. In 2016 they produced their 11 studio album called Sueños de Jade, further touring reaching 90 concerts in the last 3 years.
