6 Day Riot began in East London in 2004 and went on to release 3 critically acclaimed albums. With syncs on Skins and Scream 4 and live shows at Glastonbury, Bestival and supporting Deacon Blue, Belle and Sebastian and more on tour. The band parted ways in 2011 shortly before the birth of songwriter and band leader Tamara's first child. Tamara now makes music under the monikor MALKA.
