Harijan are 9 piece Ska-Punk band from Manchester. The band formed in 2001 from a group of friends, and entered into the evolving Manchester DIY punk scene. Having gigged around the country, always taking with them and coming home to their Manchester roots, the band via TNS Records recorded 1 split EP with John Player Specials in 2008, which was produced by their good friend and former band member, the late great Tim Gray of BigTone studios and Manchester renown. In 2010 Harijan called it a day, only to return in 2019 to honour the passing of their good friend Tim, and to record the album they'd never got round to.
