Hey everyone! Mari Hajem (29) is known for her direct and playful lyrics combined with epic and catchy pop. She loves to write songs with lyrics that can lure out a smile from the listener, and maybe shock a little. Mari is described as a mix between Highasakite, Coldplay, London Grammar and Dagny, but she is always striving to make her very own and unique sound. She started her music career at the age of 16, and has since then performed on a variety of stages in both norway and England. Mari has performed at many festivals throughout Norway such as; Hove, Musikkfest Oslo, Kongsberg Jazzfestival and she has performed at LIMF (Liverpool International Music Festival), The Threshold festival, Sound City, and Marfest in the UK. With "Fly Away" Mari Hajem is ready to put herself on the map, and take part of the amazing indie pop scene Norway has to offer." "Fly Away" is a symbiosis between the fresh sound of spring and Mari Hajem quirky and playful lyrics.
