Биография
"By turns bewitching, beguiling, and plain bonkers" ☆☆☆☆ (Q Magazine) "...Black Casino and the Ghost make serious music with a sense of humour" (The Guardian) "What a lovely racket!" (BBC introducing, London) Black Casino and the Ghost are an alternative rock band consisting of Elisa Zoot (vocals, piano) Ariel Lerner (guitar) Gary Kilminster (bass) and Paul Winter-Hart (drums). The band was formed in London, England. They released an EP called “Falling into pieces” in 2011 and an album, “Some dogs think their name is no”, in 2013. Their second album “Until the water runs clear” came out on the 16th of November 2015, followed by a sold-out Europe & UK tour as support act for Kula Shaker. An entirely self-produced eclectic mix of delta blues, piano-led ballads, alternative rock and cinematic orchestral arrangements, Black Casino and the Ghost's songs have been featured on many hit US TV shows like Showtime's "Shameless" and MTV's "Awkward", as well as being used as the theme tune on Netflix's "Luna Nera" series, featured on horror indie game "Downfall" (2016 remake, Screen 7) and many more adverts and movies in the U.S.A. and Europe. Their music is about isolation, disorientation, lust, and how to fly a plane through turbulence without spilling your coffee. Black Casino and The Ghost's third ablum "Farewell Marshal Brunswick" will be released worldwide on the first of March 2020: a submerged Picadilly line train, our goodbye to the world as we knew it
