TDE affiliate KEMBE X is on a mission to blend the worlds of nostalgic hip-hop, experimental trap and electronic soul. Reckless adventure, spirituality and vulnerability come together to express a unique worldview that is meant to speak to the minds of people who bring the most interesting and left field ideas to the cool table. The album “I Was Depressed Until I Made This ” displays the up and down nature of battling Depression, through Manic songs like Voices and Scoreboard as well as bluesy contemplative songs like Body Language and Anyway.
