I, The Lion are a trio from Cheltenham (UK) on the cutting edge of the British post-punk scene, described as the love child of Biffy Clyro, Arcane Roots and Black Peaks. The band is known for bringing a huge live show everywhere they go, combined with their unique blend of technical riffs, anthemic choruses and distinctive harmonies. 
 2015 was the year the industry sat up and took notice. The band released Run EP to critical acclaim, cited consistently for its originality and creative songwriting throughout. This creative energy they took out on continuous UK tours throughout the year, transforming it into an unmissable live showcase of raw talent and passion. Tracks such as Icarus and Hold Strong are fan favourites and have become staples in the band's setlist. 
 In 2017 the band returned to the studio to work on their follow up to Run EP, and now the band have their eye set on their debut album. The first instalments are out now to provide a taster of what's to come from the powerhouse that is I The Lion.
