Биография

One of the U.K.'s most significant R&B artists, Fatima is a Stockholm-born, London-based vocalist with Hip Hop in her blueprint; smooth like silk, raw like ODB. A vocal powerhouse with a beautiful tone, Fatima has written and collaborated with the likes of Floating Points, Larry Heard, Knxwledge, Scoop DeVille, Flako, Dam Funk, The Purist and Shafiq Husayn. Dubbed “A bonafide star” by Pitchfork and “Best New Artist” by Spin Magazine, her debut album 'Yellow Memories' made No.10 in Rolling Stone Magazine’s Top 20 RnB albums of the year. Her sophomore release, ‘And Yet It’s All Love’, released in September 2018, received much critical acclaim including a nomination for “Album Of the Year” at Gilles Peterson’s Worldwide Awards and named one of Resident Advisor’s Albums of the Year. Recently, Fatima has been touring around the world with her band, providing live vocals for Larry Heard and keeping up with a hit segment on NTS Radio.
