Dakota Avenue are an exciting alt-rock trio based in North West. "Skin" is the 4th single from their waterfall released 7-track EP in June 2023, with Slap Me Silly, Petrified and Temptress already out for ears. They have played a variety of stages to some ace crowds, including Kendal Calling, Belladrum, Etihad Stadium’s City Square, and sold out 5 hometown shows. 
 They've had support from Amazing Radio, XS Manchester, performing live sessions on BBC Radio. A joining of the white and red rose, J is Bolton-born from Lancashire, whereas Andy's from Chesterfield and, Frank's from Castleford in Yorkshire. We have worked tirelessly and independently for years on building our stagecraft, repertoire and fanbase. June 2023 will see Dakota Avenue’s biggest show to-date for their EP release show. 
 "Skin" is about the way people behave badly as a result of their own negative impression of themselves, and how the people around them may feel feel upset or somehow responsible. Taking influence from bands like Biffy Clyro, Foals and Kings of Leon.
