Hamid Hami, known as Hami, was born on June 5, 1976 in the Olympic Village in Tehran. His father, and especially his mother, had a good voice; As Hami himself says in interviews, he "inherited his voice from his parents." 
 Education and artistic activities Hamid Hami completed his secondary education in the field of experimental sciences and continued his studies in the field of interior decoration at the university, but left school one year before graduation and then turned to music, working in the fields of composition, cinema, photography and painting. . 
 He started singing in 1998 with a piece to celebrate emotions and then the movie Falgir. He released his first official album called "Hami" composed by Mohammad Reza Cheraghali in 2000. 
 Apart from his independent albums, he has been featured in movies, Gole yakh, Hadaf asli, and in the TV series Mardan kochak, Javani, Salam and Ba man harf bezan. 
 He has collaborated with musicians such as: Babak Bayat, Majid Entezami, Nasser Cheshmeh Azar, Mohammad Reza Cheraghali, Shahin Farhat, etc., and has also participated in the Isar Symphony of Majid Entezami and Payambar Symphony of Shahin Farhat. 
 The album "Yek Lahze Ashegh Sho" has been considered the best work released in the field of pop music in 2013 and has been referred to as "the album that gave new life to Iranian music."
