Madi Marie is an 21 yr old Vocalist/Guitarist from Houston, Texas. She began writing and recording her music in November of 2017. Her new-found outlet has enabled her to use music as an outlet for her emotion, and through her music she has been able to reach over 3 thousand people on Soundcloud and over 19 thousand monthly listeners on Spotify. In such a short period of time between November 2017 to the start of the year 2018, Madi Marie received a total of 286,864 total plays on soundcloud, and gained over half a million total plays on November, 4th 2019. This to her was a massive surprise , which has inspired her to continue to create music with the same passion as she always had. Her vocal style is of a haunting and almost angelic nature, giving off an Enya type of quality. Her music being so unique, it is difficult to pinpoint an exact genre for it, although she describes herself as "Wavy/Alternative Rock", she also likes to just "do her own thing." Her music is refreshing, unique, and a pleasant change from the norm. Although themes are slightly dark, and even melancholic, you have a compelling sense to listen, to want more, and somehow it gives you an overall sense of calmness.
