Биография
Todosantos was formed in 2004 in Caracas, Venezuela by Alberto Stangarone (Sunsplash - Sisah) and Ernesto Pantin. Francisco Mejía (Phran - Pacheko) and Luis Montenegro joined them soon after. Between 2004 & 2006 Todosantos played audiovisual shows in Venezuela, Colombia & Argentina as part of the latin underground scene, collaborating with indie bands and djs as well as collectives such as Simpl3 & PoniRepublic. Soon after, they founded their nights called 1234567, hosting events that combined DJ sets and Audiovisual interventions. They released one album, Aeropuerto, co-produced with local artists that were part of the Caracas underground scene including Cardopusher, Trujillo, Jimmy Flamante, and Claudio Ramirez. Their original sound combined elements of IDM, Indietronica and Post-Punk. In 2006 Mejía and Montenegro left the band. Mariana Martín (MPeach) joined them and the band moved to New York, where they released the Acid Girlzzz EP, on Flamin' Hotz, featuring Cardopusher & Le1f among others. It marked a shift towards a fast paced Electro, 8-bit, and "Tuki-Bass" sound, integrating elements from latin culture into pulsating electronics. The band toured the USA, Canada & Mexico until hiatus in 2009. Todosantos has been cited as influential by acclaimed Venezuelan artists such as La Vida Bohème (Grammy Winners), Los Mesoneros (Grammy Nominees), and experimental icon Nuuro aka Arca among others.
