Sunsplash is the moniker for Venezuelan born, Mexico based multi disciplinary artist Alberto Stangarone.

Over his career, he has resided in Caracas, New York & Mexico, thriving on close relationships and collabs with artists across several countries and continents. 

His sound is found in the intersection between tropical and electronic elements, cutting across tropicalia, lo-fi, house, bass, cumbia and afro-caribbean influences.

His work has been featured by leading global editorials such as Vice Media, XLR8R, Mixmag, Spotify, Remezcla & Red Bull among others. 
 He has collaborated with or remixed artists such as Los Amigos Invisibles - Cheo - El Guincho - Pedrina - Rawayana - Kalifa - Nuuro (Arca) - Ferraz - Simón Díaz - Viniloversus - Apache - Motherflowers among others. Has performed alongside acts like benny blanco - Cut Copy - Digitalism - Jarvis Cocker - Spank Rock - Junior Senior - Treasure Fingers - Uffie - Dre Skull - YACHT - Ana Tijoux - The Slits - Kinky - Plastilina Mosh - Maluca - El Búho - Caloncho - CLUBZ among others.
