On Better Terms is a band whose roots start in the hardcore and spoken word genres, however they have never been prone to settling for the conventional. With a heavy emphasis on emotional melodies, jazz-inspired grooves, and therapeutic lyrics, the 4-piece from Dallas, Texas has continued to push their sound in new directions since their inception in 2013. In 2021, the band released a self produced mini-documentary describing the process of making “Waves”. This documentary included a live session where the band played several songs from the record, along with “Wilted” from their split EP. This session has subsequently been released as a live EP. On Better Terms’ newest single “Full Rooms” was released on December 24th, 2019, and is currently available on all platforms. At the moment, the band is working on new music while continuing to tour and play shows in the DFW area.
