    Ruttokosmos is a black metal band founded in Southeast Finland around 2003. The band`s lyrical themes usually deal with death, misery and suffering and these can be seen as refining and soul evolving processes in Ruttokosmos` philosophy. After their two demo releases in 2006 & 2007 the band went on a ten year hiatus. The band, now operating as a duo, is again currently active. The demo compilation "Kärsimys" was released by Werewolf records in 2021.
