In 2019 Eda Wolf went from being an inseparable Brooklyn-based duo to a long distance musical partnership. Lots can happen when immigration laws come to play - not only has the change brought on a set of new challenges, but the uphill battle also enabled new growth for both vocalist Dea Juris & producer Emiliano Flowerman. More importantly, the duo have a clear vision of what’s to come next. The six-track Spring Came Slow EP dropped in late 2018, and was distributed by The Orchard. After working on a new solo set in 2019, Dea will continue being based in Helsinki and performing in Europe, while Emiliano focuses on perfecting their new music - three singles dropping in 2020. Think Charli XCX’s pop melodies meet Sylvan Esso’s intricate production, with a touch of Nordic melancholy, and, of course, that Brooklyn boldness.
