Formed in 2016 by multi-instrumentalist and producer Douglas Martins, DEEP MEMORIES has had an exponential rise, consolidating itself as one of the main names in Brazilian Melodic Doom-Death Metal due to its sonority originality and its melodic complexity. All stuff created also is highlighted itself because all elements are performed by Douglas. In September 2018, its 1st album “Rebuilding the Future” was released in Brazil, Japan and Russia and also on all digital platforms. In September 2022 their 2nd album “Why Do We Suffer?” was released on CD and on all digital platforms. With an above average heaviness and atmospheric incursions, this new album embodies the traditional styles of Doom and Death Metal with a melodic and contemporary characteristic. The blackened air of Black Metal highlighted the songs, which also have goth nuances, sometimes sounding like extreme progressive metal. In all, there are 7 songs totaling 41 minutes of recording.
