DarkTower has the proposal to spread the word of chaos through its aggressive, brutal, yet melodic and technical music, combining influences ranging from Black and Death Metal to Traditional Heavy Metal. Officially began its journey in the year 2008, and having toured through almost all corners of Brazil and several South American countries such as Argentina, Peru, Bolivia, Colombia and Ecuador, Darktower has already shared the stage with numerous big acts from both global and national scene, consolidating themselves as a strong and promising name from the extreme scene from Brazil. After releasing one demo, two singles "Lord's ov the Vastlands" (2009) "and Retaliation" (2010) and two albums, "... Of Chaos and Ascension" (2013, Eternal Hatred records) and "Eight Spears" (2016, Black Legion prods), all of them having great acceptance from specialized media and public , and being both full albums quoted on several best-of-the-year lists inside and outside the country, the group continues to write their legacy with their third work, entitled OBEDIENTIA. Although recently released, the album received spectacular ratings, always pointed as one of the best releases of 2019. Supported by companies like Spectraflex, Rafive Picks, Ars Antiqua, and many others, the group is was on the road, promoting the new album and expects after the Pandemy to continue the work to take OBEDIENTIA to every corner of Brazil, America and finally take the European continent by storm.
