Boston-area hardcore/metal band Blood for Blood was formed in 1995 by guitarist "White Trash" Rob Lind, vocalist Erick Medina, and drummer Mike Maloney, with bassist Ian McFarland replacing the original bass player some time afterward. The group cut an indie-label album titled Spit My Last Breath and then signed with Victory Records for 1998's Revenge on Society. The EP Livin' in Exile followed in 1999.
