South London’s Kaniva has been gaining momentum, with his hard-hitting punchlines, audacious attitude & ability to paint a vivid image with his storytelling in regards to issues with homelessness & mental health. 2013 he sold out his first headline show & opened for French Montana. 2014 he toured with Big Narstie, sold out his second headline show & closed the year by opening for Snoop Dogg at Musicalize. Shortly after the Musicalize, Kaniva became homeless & struggled with releasing music throughout 2015. He released an EP telling this story in early 2016. 2017 he opened for OG Maco on his world tour, headlined iLuvlive & opened for Little Simz at her 'Welcome to Wonderland' headline show at Camden Roundhouse Rising Festival. His explosive Blackbox freestyle took storm with viral success early 2018 & he become one of the first artists to be signed to GRM Daily’s GRM Records imprint under Parlophone. In 2020 he dropped 3 EPs at #1 on iTunes.
