Self Neglect creates space to angrily explore trauma, guilt, loss, identity, and meaning. Hailing from Albuquerque, NM and drawing influence from 80’s emotional hardcore, 2000’s melodic hardcore, and 2000’s skramz bands, Self Neglect has been bumming out kids that just want to punch strangers since New Years Eve, 2015. Getting the audience moving isn’t enough for Self Neglect, and their songwriting has been focused on creating transformational change in their listeners via unflinching self examination.
