Embodied in 2021, Epidermal Veil was made with the clear goal to write technical and catchy death metal and elevating the sound of Icelandic technical death metal. Being from the ever so isolated place of Reykjavik Iceland and cursed with the pandemic Epidermal Veil is not holding any punches back. 
 Their debut Ep "Psalms of the Flayed"(CDN Records) tells the story of the cosmic deity Ursath and his descent upon Earth. Aided by his swarm of enslaved servants, the invasion of Earth ravages humanity leaving little hope for the species. As the skin of the planet's denizens is torn from their flesh to fuel Ursath's march of war across the stars, it seems all hope is lost. Yet there is always hope. 
 Comprised of 5 tracks that tells the first chapter in the Ursath saga, Psalms of the Flayed is a journey into depravity, defeat and submission. Running the gauntlet of various death metal influences, it is a ride to remember.
