Биография
Lead by Jeff Caudill, Gameface has been combining the best elements of emo, pop, hardcore, indie, and punk since 1991 . Creating catchy melodies and heartfelt, honest rock is their strength. First release was a 7" on Nemisis Records 1991. In 1993 Network Sound released Good. After the tragic death of their original drummer Gameface took some time to regroup before signing with Dr. Strange Records. In 1995 Three to Get Ready gained the band a world-wide fan base. DSR released the Cupcakes EP in 1997. This release is the first featuring Steven Sanderson on drums. 1998 had Reminder, a compilation of older songs and demo recordings. After signing with Revelation Records, Every Last Time came out in 1999. This album features fan favorites My Star and Pirate Song. The year 2000 brought What's up Bro? (a split with Errortype: 11). That same year Revelation released Always On. 2000 had another big shakeup in the band with Guy Julian taking over bass duties. Firefly Recordings released the EP Feels a Lot Better in 2001. The EP Natural Selection, featuring updated recordings of Gameface classics, was released in 2003 on Eyeball Records. The full length Four To Go was released by Doghouse Records that same year. 2014 brought the much anticipated Equal Vison release of Now Is What Matters Now. The band's touring schedule is not as intense as it was in the 90s but Gameface still has managed to play many shows in the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Brazil over the last few years.
