After his introduction to the music industry by DJ Seven, formally known as DJ Taj of Bamabounce, Sugur Shane has become one of North America’s most prized musicians. Based in Philadelphia and influenced by the sounds of Nirvana, Gillette & 20 Fingers, Peter Rauhofer, Junior Vasquez, Notorious B.I.G. and Mobb Deep, he has been causing mammoth noises throughout the dance music scene and it is clear to see why. With a release catalogue that includes hits like ‘Move To The Light’ and Main Course ‘Kill Da Bitch EP’, it’s no wonder his hip-hop infused house productions have led to mammoth accomplishments that many aspiring artists can only dream of achieving. Sugur Shane’s phenomenal single, ‘Kill Da Bitch’, was also re-released on a Main Course compilation CD through Japanese label Sushi Records.
