Latin pop artist Andrea Bejar is, above all else, a music lover. Blurring the lines between her many sources of inspiration, the Mexico-born singer has spent years flawlessly bridging the gap between traditional Mexican music and alternative pop. Blending homegrown inspiration from Latin superstars like Ed Maverick and Natalia LaFourcade with new-age, alternative pop superstars such as Billie Eilish and Tom Misch, the singer attributes her signature sound and writing ability entirely to her upbringing. Growing up in a bilingual home thrust Andrea into a collision of culture, where the classic rock of the 1970-80’s intermingled with the soulful ballads of her Mexican roots. This cacophony of genres and influence provided the foundation for the songwriter’s musical identity; an eclectic mixture of modern pop music and a tribute to her homeland.
