Биография

The backbone of Orochen’s music consists of dark contemplations of a world where humans and the environment are seen purely as economic resources. A society formed under a new religion that most of us know as capitalism. A religion that alienates people from the natural psychological mechanisms that were shaped by evolutionary processes over millions of years. To share their message they joined forces with Suicide Records to release Thylacine (2020) and debut album Anhroposcenic (2022). Orochen´s music is a rich blend of diverse musical influences, which spans modern americana, indie, folk music, sludge, hardcore and early 00’s post rock, gives the band a truly unique sound.
 Influential bands are Woven Hand, Cult Of Luna, MONO, Thåström, Ossler, Christian Kjellvander, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds, Joy Division & Neurosis.
