Merge For The Kill is a metal band hailing from the cities of Metro Manila. With their debut album "Unearthly Violence", delivering blast beat laden and complex drum patterns, heavy guitar, slam riffs and breakdowns, with the ground shaking vocal combination of death growls, piercing screams and deep gutturals, promises a variety of metal grooves ready to evoke chaos to the devoted metal listeners. 
 In March 2020, while the pandemic started ravaging the world, Flo Fernandez (drummer-Powertools/Demockery/Nuclear Punishment) together with a long time hometown friend and musician Ian Isyasa (bassist-Absolute Silence/Stare:theSunset/Demockery), merged into forging a metal group solely to give ode to metal influences and express each other's musical expertise. With a full-length album in mind, the duo completed the 8-track instrumentals. Considering the specific vocal sound to complement the music, leads the two reaching out to Marc Ody Guanlao, who had an impressive vocal works with renown metal acts such as Saipek, Deprecate and the legendary Kabaong Ni Kamatayan delivering metal vocal versatility and prowess. With Marc's vocal styles and lyrical artistry, gave the band's music a deeper level of aggressiveness and essence, living up to the band's vision of creating their own sound, to rip and leave a mark into the local metal scene. 
 Their debut album is produced and released independently, now streaming via all digital platforms, also available in a digi-pack cd format.
