    Taking their name from an ancient Japanese battle axe wielded by the Yamabushi, or "warrior monks," Masakari are a crustcore/D-beat quintet from Cleveland, OH, inspired by usual suspects like Discharge, His Hero Is Gone, and all manner of Japanese hardcore.
