Sometimes dark and depressing, sometimes energetic and colourful. And sometimes both at the same time. A hint of nostalgia without ever feeling dated. The music of Digital Carbs takes you on a journey and you never know where it will take you. Digital Carbs is the music project of Munich based artist Johannes Rest. After years of playing bass and writing songs in multiple bands, he decided to pursue his own musical vision in 2018. Ever since he has been constantly experimenting with different genres and sounds, developing his unique style in the process. In 2021 guitarists Hans Allgäuer and Felix Eggert as well as drummer Konrad Diesch joined the project. The debut album 'Are We Taking It Slowly' is out now!
