Royal Desolation are 5 passionate Swiss Metal heads around vocalists Raphael, Drummer Gregory, Bassist Yannick and songwriter/guitarist Taylor . Before releasing their first record, the five track EP „Lost“ in fall 2019, they played the Swiss club circuit extensively. The mix between catchy Melodies and uncompromising Energy of pure Metal Mayhem and 80s Synthesizer are the band's trademark combined with lyrics that adress a society in decay and disorder. Due to the global pandemic the band decided to start writing a series of singles and videos before launching their debut album. The first single „We will not fall“ was released Sept. 18th 2020 supported by a Video Clip with a very clear message against the „dark world“ masters and the opposition they will face. The second single „Born in Ashes“ is scheduled for world wide digital release on Feb. 5th 2021 and will pick up the theme of „We will not Fall“ spearheading the metal forces against complacency. A third single entitled "Army of desolation" was released on the first of October 2021. Followed by a series of concerts, the release of the album ,,Puppet Dance'' is now scheduled for April 22, 2022 through Sonic Attack/SPV. It's already available for order at EMP.
