Richy Samo, also known as Richysamo, was born and raised in Miami, Florida. Starting as an early DJ/producer on the underground scene, Samo quickly gained notoriety. It wasn't until the murder of Samo's brother that he began making rap music a career. In fact, his brother's last words to him were, "Stay out the streets and take this music shit serious". Shortly thereafter, he linked up with Lil Pump, Smokepurpp , and YOPPA BAM to create the rap group Gucci Gang. He even went on to collaborate with XXXTENTACION. Richy Samo was quickly scooped up by the label Alamo Record and began hitting the studio hard. After critically acclaimed songs like The Hated, Bang, and Trap Baby, Samo is scheduled to release the full length project "SkrewHead" In December 2018 and shows no signs of slowing down.
